All of them! Everything we grow is native to Minnesota. More than that, all our plants are grown from seed that is hand harvested remnant prairies around Otter Tail County or from our very own restored prairie (which itself was grown from local ecotype native seed).

As soon as possible. There’s a lot of planning taking place on our end. The sooner we know what to plan for, the better. We are working on our capacity, but we have sold out every season so far.

We plan our shipment times to coincide with the spring and fall grant cohorts. Spring orders ship in mid-May. Fall orders ship in mid-September.

Absolutely. We work closely with the Lawns to Legumes program. You will receive an emailed receipt upon payment. The species included in our kits are not itemized on the receipt, but rest assured the Lawns to Legume program managers are familiar with our kits so you will be good to go!

We plan our shipment times to coincide with the spring and fall grant cohorts. Spring pre orders ship in mid-May. Fall pre orders ship in mid-September. You will be notified by email a week or so before shipping occurs. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order has shipped.

Absolutely! If you live in the area, or are just itching for a road trip, we’d love to have you drop in. Simply select “local pick up” in your order. We’ll send out an email a couple weeks prior to when your order is ready and you can select a pick up date and time.
